PURCHASING POLICY
Our inventory comes from many people; demolition contractors, home and business owners, developers, recycling coordinators; anyone with surplus inventory is a potential vendor.
WE PURCHASE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Our buyer is available by appointment. You may arrange to bring items to our store where we will evaluate acceptability. Please call ahead to make an appointment. We may be able to assist you without making a trip. Please do not leave items when the store is closed.
If you have a large amount of building materials, please call to schedule a preview of items and to discuss the feasibility of pick up by our staff.
In order for us to assess the value of your materials, they should be clean, organized and accessible. Items that are not available to us should be marked and separated from items to be recycled.
When a large scale renovation or demolition is planned, we can selectively remove recyclable items, thereby saving some of the expense of labor and waste disposal. Please contact us ahead of your deconstruction project to schedule an appointment for a walk through.
WHAT IS IT WORTH
Some people donate materials to help reduce waste and/or save disposal fees.
Some items we cannot accept, even for free. We offer store credit for some materials and although it may not be a large amount, we provide more credit than cash on any given item.
We can pay for certain materials, but they must be items of higher value that we can sell relatively quickly. If you need to receive the greatest value for your materials you can always do better by selling through the classified ads.
